Why I Built TinySteps

When my son was born, he was rushed straight to the NICU. I remember standing there, completely overwhelmed—machines beeping, alarms going off, doctors and nurses moving quickly, and me not having a clue what was happening or what to do next.

Those days are still vivid in my mind—every sound, every moment of fear and hope, every second spent by his side. I wanted to help, to be strong, but I often felt lost in the chaos. There were so many questions, so much information, and so little support for dads like me.

That's why I built TinySteps.

I wanted to create something for other NICU dads—an app that could help you track your baby's progress, understand what's happening, and feel a little less alone in the craziness. TinySteps is designed to give you guidance, support, and a place to record every small victory, because every step really does count.
